The 9am General Meeting will be hosted by John Kopitz -  Project Manager.

The Guest Speaker will be Ted Fattoross.  For over 17 years, Ted Fattoross has been inspiring over 250,000 people throughout America annually to be the best they can be. We welcome you to his website, where you will find information on the wide range of clientele Ted serves every year (http://tedspeak.com/). From small school districts to corporate giants, from the classroom to the boardroom, Ted Fattoross has the knowledge and experience to lead programs on a wide variety of topics, as well as deliver the keynote address for your meeting, in-service and/or conference. He has been featured on national TV, radio programs, newspapers and provides over 300 programs each year for groups as small as 5 and as large as 5,000.  Ted will be leading a motivational presentation on How to Stay Up, Move ON and Still have a LIFE!!! -
How to Turn Lemons into Lemonade!

Following the General Meeting will be a meeting for all Shift Leaders led by Opportunity Center Chairs Ann Loftus and Jim St. Angelo.  If you are a Shift Leader and can not attend the meeting – please arrange to have someone else from your shift there to keep communication flowing to each of the nine shifts!!

We do not have an optional class scheduled for this Friday afternoon, so if anyone would like to facilitate a networking group or get together with others during that time to share info, feel free to do so.  Let me know topic/field/industry of the group and I can let everyone know via email.

I will be out of the office Friday as a result of our Alternate Workweek Program.

Prospective Members:  In addition to running an extra Mock Interview next Tuesday 6/17, we also have Instructors to run an extra Resume Writing course Wednesday 6/11 1pm (in addition to the Thursday 1pm scheduled class)  Sign up for the 6 regularly run classes is on the clipboard print out, while the two additional / extra courses sign up will be on a yellow post it note ON TOP of the printed out sign up sheet – sign right ON the yellow post it note for the extra / additional classes being run.  Again, all classes are filled on a first come, first served basis.

PSG Members: We still need volunteers to host the Wednesday General Meetings!  If you have not yet hosted one, we want to see your smiling face in front of the group one week!  I provide the meeting outline and book the Guest Speaker – you simply stand up there and keep things running smoothly!  Think of the networking opportunity for you in front of 80+ attendees!

A few good quotes to keep in mind for the week ahead-
"The greater danger for most of us lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low, and achieving our mark." - Michelangelo Buonarroti, Painter, Sculptor

"Don't fear failure so much that you refuse to try new things. The saddest summary of a life contains three descriptions: could have, might have and should have." – Louis Boone, American Author

"Within you right now is the power to do things you never dreamed possible. This power becomes available to you just as soon as you can change your beliefs."    Dr. Maxwell Maltz, American Plastic Surgeon, Author of ''Psycho-Cybernetics''

Please remember that we all need to pitch in with setting up the room before the meeting (taking down the tables and setting up the chairs) and then reconstructing it to its original form again after the meeting (while still keeping the noise volume as low as possible!)  We also can use everyone’s help in packaging the Corporate Bulletin mailings after the meetings as well – everyone benefits from it and the 3200 employers look forward to receiving them!
